Inspired by the classic cavalry sabre, the d'Capitan is designed for the quick stab and slash, with a full steel handguard offering protection against other melee weapons. Its length (3 inches longer than the D'Cap: Cutlass) and handling dynamics (4-5 ounces lighter) give it the speed necessary for a parry and the reach necessary for mounted combat on horse or bike.

The d'Capitan is a full-tang blade of 5160 spring steel with a hand-sculpted T6 aluminum handle, and comes with a black Kydex sheath.
