The Standing Mat from LifDesk is 18"x22", large enough for standing, small enough to move aside for sitting. Made of open cell polyurethane, the mat provides 5/8" of cushioning, and has tapered edges to prevent any tripping hazard. A handle and a carry strap facilitate gripping & carrying.

Optional insert allows the mat to become a calf stretch / foot massage / reflexology tool
