If you’re a photographer and/or videographer and photograph and/or film in natural spaces, this clause is for you! This clause was made in collaboration with Maddie Mae of Adventure Instead and the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics. The purpose of this clause is to inform your clients of the various principles of outdoor ethics and ensure they comply with the principles while you provide services for them in the outdoors. It also gives you the right to terminate services immediately if your clients do ask you or actually do something unethical in the outdoors.
