If you have a contract but need to add in language regarding that your fees periodically change and that your clients cannot downgrade the package agreed to, but can upgrade, this is for you. This clause should be added to your existing fee clause and explains to your clients that this agreement is based on your current pricing, that any future bookings will be based on any pricing in effect at that time, that no downgrades can occur but upgrades are allowed with the mutual consent of all parties.
