This Contract Addendum for Rescheduling & Associate Photographer is an addition to your existing contract which you will have your clients sign and agree to. It ensures that the clients agree to allow an associate photographer to photograph their wedding due to the fact that you can no longer be present as the lead photographer, outlines the date change for services, states the working relationship between the associate and yourself as the business owner, what fees will be credited toward the new date and when upcoming payments are due, along with so much more!
Any photographer and are now rescheduling a wedding date AND having an associate photographer become the lead photographer for the new wedding date due to some reason. NOTE: This is only an addendum for photography contract purposes and is not what you would use for booking any new clients who hire an associate to shoot their wedding. You will want to purchase the Associate Photographer Clause Bundle for that purpose and have an Associate Contract between you and the associate.
